The NPO was born from the collaboration between two existing projects in Winterton. On the one hand the Belgian Tomorrow project, focused on raising awareness about HIV / AIDS, and on the other hand the local community centre,Isibani. With 6 Belgian friends we founded the association Tomorrow4isibani in 2008, and we proceeded to NPO Tomorrow4isibani (short T4I) in 2010.

Peter Rouffaer joined us as Godfather for our NPO Tomorrow4isibani in 2011.

The community center Isibani is located in Khethani, with a population of around 10,000 people. The majority of the township is affected or infected by HIV / AIDS, and that contributes greatly to the poverty and the shattering of families. Many families are run by grandparents or in some cases by the children because there are no adults left. In a society that no longer recognizes traditional values, these children are particularly vulnerable. They often become victims of crime, rape or abuse.

Because this group is most affected in this society, our NPO Tomorrow4isibani focuses on projects helping children and youth, in cooperation with Isibani. These projects are grouped under the NPO Isiphephelo (Isiphephelo Outreach).

On this website you will find, next to a summary of our achievements in recent years, also our current projects:

  • Safety House Isiphephelo.
  • Child and Youth Care.
  • Raising awareness.

We also inform you about the operation and activities with regular reports on our Facebook page VZW Tomorrow4isibani and via email. You can sign up by sending your email address to tris [at] tomorrow4isibani.be.

Working in a developing country does not always run smoothly, but we are all, in Belgium and South Africa, a motivated team and never give up.

To realize these projects we are looking for people who want to support the project financially T4I: see support us.
